15 years in design, with the last several spent in SaaS on cross-device, web-based product tools. I'm comfortable across the full design cycle: from early discovery and defining the problem space, to shipping polished, production-ready work. I've also done web design for smaller clients, which keeps me sharp on the business side of design decisions.
What does working with you actually look like day-to-day?
I collaborate closely with PMs and engineers. I'd rather be in the room when decisions are being made than handed a brief and asked to make it pretty. I work in the open: sharing early, gathering feedback often, and keeping stakeholders in the loop so there are no surprises at handoff.
What kind of problems bring out your best work?
Complex, ambiguous ones where the brief is still being figured out. SaaS tools with a lot of moving parts, products that live somewhere between utility and experience. I'm less energised by pure execution work where the thinking has already been done. I want to be involved in shaping the direction.
Are you open to full-time roles?
Yes, and that's the primary thing I'm looking for right now. I have an EU passport and open to in-office, hybrid, or remote depending on the team and the work. If you're building something interesting and want a senior designer who can hit the ground running, I'd love to talk.
