I analyzed analytics, ran speed and accessibility tests, and conducted competitor research to uncover key weaknesses. The data revealed poor load times, broken UX, and missed opportunities for clarity and conversion. These insights guided every redesign decision.

Design decisions

I built the new site from the ground up, focusing on clarity and trust. I redesigned the brand identity, refined the color palette, and created a scalable Webflow framework. Clear navigation and strong visual hierarchy turned her site into a confident digital presence.
